On an RMI-Sponsored Ameritas vision plan, find an in-network VSP provider with the following instructions:
Go to https://www.vsp.com/eye-doctor. It gives options to search by location, by office, or by doctor.
To search by location, enter your zip code or address, then click on the blue “Search” button. If desired, click on “Advanced Search” and add other information to narrow your search further. If using the advanced search options, the “Doctor Network” should be set to “Choice.”
To search by office, enter the office name, city, and state, then click on the blue “Search” button.
To search by doctor, enter the doctor’s name and state, then click on the blue “Search” button.
