Select the employee under “My Employees” on the home screen:

Select the “Position Change” link:

Select the “New Position Code” link:

All positions for the company will be listed.  The “FLSA Exempt” column will show which positions are exempt vs. nonexempt.  Select the position title the employee should be moved to:

You will then enter the new position effective date, select the reason, and click “Save”.


To update the employee hourly/salary status, select the “Pay” tab:

Change the “Pay Method” dropdown menu to the new salary/hourly status (this change is immediate) and select “Save” at the bottom of the page:
