To change the termination reason for a previously terminated employee, go the search bar and type name of the terminated employee and then click on it. The Employee Details page will open for the terminated employee.

Click on the Work tab.

Click on Term Reason to view the list of termination reasons.

Use the Previous or Next buttons to view both pages of termination reasons, then click on the appropriate reason. Those that are labeled with an “I” (e.g., I – Unacceptable Attendance) are Involuntary separation reasons. Those that are labeled with a “V” (e.g., V – Another Job) are Voluntary separation reasons.

Click on the Save button to save the new termination reason.
