On an RMI-Sponsored SelectHealth plan, find an in-network provider outside of Utah with the following steps:
- Go to https://selecthealth.org/find-a-doctor. Click on the “Network” drop down menu, then scroll down to “UnitedHealthcare Options PPO” and click on it.
- Click on the button “Search Medical Providers.”
- Click on the “Change Location” link in the middle of the page, then follow the prompts to update your location.
- Type the doctor’s name in search bar, or use the circle icons below it, to narrow/filter your search to see the list of providers.
