How to change an employee’s full-time/part-time status:

Select the employee under “My Employees” on the home screen:

Select the Status Type Change link:

Select “ACTIVE” as the employment status:

Select the new full-time/part-time status type:

Enter the new standard hours that the employee is expected to work per pay period:

Only populate the “New Default T/S Hours” field if the employee is supposed to automatically be paid a certain number of hours per pay period.  This field is typically populated for salaried employees and left blank for hourly employees:

Enter the status change effective date or select it from the calendar:

Select the reason for the status change:

Select Save:
