To reorder a health insurance card on an RMI-Sponsored plan with Kaiser, you can either contact Member Services at (888) 844-4607, or you can view or download a digital copy of your card from Kaiser Permanente Washington’s app or their website. 

To access your card through Kaiser Permanente Washington app:

  1. Download Kaiser Permanente Washington’s app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  1. Once the app has downloaded:
    1. If you are creating an account for the first time, click on “Register.” Then follow the prompts to register and set up your preferences.  Note that you will need your Kaiser member ID number to complete the registration in the app.
    2. If you have previously registered and already have an account, click on “Login.”
  1. Click on the ID Card icon to view your digital copy.

To access your digital card through the Kaiser Permanente Washington’s website:

  1. Go to https://healthy.kaiserpermanente.org/washington/front-door and then click on “Sign In” in the upper right corner.
  1. A new screen will appear that shows an option to sign in or Register for an account.
    1. If you are creating an account for the first time, click on “Create Account.”  Then follow the prompts to register and set up your preferences.
    2. If you have previously registered and already have an account, enter your username and then click on “Continue.”  You will then be prompted for your password.
  1. Once you are signed in, click on the Account then “ID Card” near the top of the page.
